Where We Ship From
All prints are produced and shipped from Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. Each order is carefully printed, inspected, and packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Processing Time
Because every print is made to order, please allow: • 2–5 business days for printing and quality control • This does not include shipping time Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping Times
Australia Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days. International International Shipping: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing. Shipping times are estimates and may vary during peak periods.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
Packaging
Prints are securely packaged using protective materials to prevent damage during transit. Larger prints are shipped rolled in protective tubes. Smaller prints may be shipped flat with rigid backing.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to postal services, weather, or customs clearance (for international orders). We are not responsible for delays outside of our control, but we’re always happy to help track your order.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible — changes can only be made before your order ships.
